The integrity of Après l'Étoile's craft matters just as much as the final creation. Annaluna’s work has been recognized with many awards from the Academy of Chocolate in London, the International Chocolate Salon, and  was privileged to be a part of Chef Christophe Rull’s prep team at the 2022 World Chocolate Masters in Paris.
