Classically trained in pastry and chocolate, Executive Chef and Creative Director Annaluna Karkar studied and worked for years with mentors Chefs Stéphane Tréand MOF and Chihiro Tréand.
Chef Karkar is known for creating unexpected combinations and memorable flavors, and passionate about using responsibly sourced single origin ingredients. She is a champion of eco-friendly kitchen practices and product packaging.
Annaluna has received dozens of awards from the International Chocolate Salon and the Academy of Chocolate in London. She was a team member for Chef Christophe Rull during 2022 World Chocolate Masters in Paris and the Founder and Chief Creative Officer of Stella's Confectionery, LLC.
